This 198,600 sf senior living development offers a complete continuum of care, from independent living to skilled nursing accommodations. The structural design features a hybrid system: a one-story precast podium supports a 3-story wood-framed structure above, utilizing precast walls, beams, and columns with hollow core plank. Light gauge steel framing in non-combustible areas completes the thoughtfully integrated structural system. ERA’s multifaceted role in the project enabled seamless coordination between different building systems, ensuring optimal functionality and construction speed for this essential senior housing facility.
