GREAT TEAMS DO BETTER TOGETHER
Our work is shaped by our people
At the heart of culture lies the way we interact with each other. It starts with trust and transparency. Through open communication, respect for diverse perspectives and ideas, and support when faced with challenges, trust is cultivated. Transparency is crucial and ensures that everyone understands decisions, goals, and processes allowing the team to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Collaboration and support is also valued to empower the whole team – both internally and externally. ERA routinely celebrates employee achievements and effort. ERA believes that a simple “Thank You” can create a significant impact in the workplace – enhancing morale and boosting engagement – ensuring that everyone feels valued and motivated to excel. ERA also believes in giving back to the community, encouraging everyone to make a positive impact in the world.
