ERA provided structural engineering services for the Health and Science Alliance Center at St. Paul College in St. Paul, MN.

This project encompassed a new four-story, 37,000 sf classroom and laboratory building, along with the renovation of 10,580 sf of existing corridors and the demolition of a 4,000 sf Child Care Center. The new facility houses specialized labs, classrooms, administrative offices, and collaborative spaces designed to enhance student and faculty interaction. ERA’s structural design effectively integrated the new construction with existing building modifications, ensuring seamless functionality between renovated and new spaces. Completed in late 2016, this project demonstrates ERA’s expertise in creating modern educational facilities while managing the complexities of active campus construction.
