ERA provided structural engineering services for Jack Link’s new headquarters in Minneapolis’ Mayo Clinic Square.

This $18.9 million, 70,000 sf transformation integrates office, retail, and research & development spaces. The project features modern collaborative work areas and a dedicated 1,000 sf retail space within the Target Center skyway system. ERA’s structural solutions supported the conversion of existing space into a dynamic corporate environment, facilitating Jack Link’s vision to centralize their marketing, sales, and R&D teams while accommodating future growth. The design allows for flexible, open spaces that reflect the company’s innovative culture and assists in talent recruitment. Completed in July 2018, this project demonstrates ERA’s expertise in adaptive reuse and modern workplace design. The project’s excellence was recognized as a Finance & Commerce Top Project of 2018.
