ERA was the Structural Engineer of Record and Precast Specialty Engineer for the Element Hotel, a seven-story structure built using ERA’s proprietary ER-POST™ precast system.

This 90,800 sf hotel, completed in 2020, offers 144 rooms and a variety of amenities designed to meet the needs of modern travelers. The main floor of the hotel is thoughtfully designed to include essential guest services and common areas. It features a welcoming lobby, laundry facilities, a restaurant, a pool area, an exercise room, meeting spaces, and mechanical areas. The use of ERA’s ER-POST™ precast system in this project demonstrates the versatility and efficiency of this innovative structural solution. This system allows for rapid construction while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate various architectural and functional requirements of a modern hotel.
