ERA provided structural engineering services for Fourth and Park, a striking 24-story post-tensioned residential development marking the final piece of the five-block East Town project in Minneapolis.

Located adjacent to US Bank Stadium, this 265,000 sf tower combines diverse living options, from micro apartments to luxurious penthouses, totaling 345 units. The project’s structural design accommodates premium amenities including a rooftop pool deck offering panoramic city views, outdoor community spaces, a dedicated dog exercise area, and a bike kitchen with lockers. The development includes 100 parking stalls strategically integrated into the structure. ERA’s structural solutions addressed the challenges of a complex urban site while supporting the varied programmatic requirements of modern luxury living.
