ERA provided structural engineering services for the Panoway on Wayzata Bay project, a transformative development along the north shore of Lake Minnetonka.

The project included over 1,200 feet of boardwalk, for which ERA designed the complete structural system as part of this comprehensive waterfront revitalization. This development created a vibrant public space that prioritizes pedestrian safety, accessibility, and community gathering, featuring enhanced waterfront access, parks, dining options, a Lakewalk, scenic views, Plaza Park, and a 9/11 memorial. The Panoway seamlessly blends natural elements, historical context, and modern amenities to create a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages. This successful development represents the culmination of a decades-long community vision, reestablishing a connection to the lakefront for the first time since 1867.
