ERA provided structural and precast specialty engineering services for a $30 million expansion of the Island Resort and Casino for the Hannahville Indian Community.

The project connects to the existing eleven-story Palm Tower using ERA’s proprietary ER-POST Truss system to create 138 new hotel rooms, three guest elevators, and a welcoming lobby. ERA’s structural design accommodates premium amenities, including a 200-seat high-end dining venue and convention space on the top floor, along with a pool featuring water park elements for families. The integration with the existing Palm Tower required careful structural consideration to ensure seamless connectivity while maintaining the integrity of both structures. Thanks to ERA’s innovative ER-POST system and comprehensive engineering approach, construction was completed in just 11 months. This project showcases ERA’s expertise in hospitality and entertainment venue design, demonstrating our ability to deliver complex structural solutions efficiently.
