ERA provided structural engineering services for this 215,000 sf senior living community in Flagstaff, AZ, featuring a full continuum of care with 120 independent living, 66 assisted living, and 18 memory care residences across two buildings.

The independent living building is a four-story wood-framed structure, while the assisted living and memory care building is three stories with non-combustible construction, including cold-formed steel trusses, load-bearing walls, and a composite steel deck with concrete flooring. Both buildings have separate porte cocheres and rest on slab-on-grade foundations with conventional spread and continuous footings. The campus includes resort-style amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, putting green, interior courtyard, café/bistro, pub, dining areas, multipurpose room, great room, administrative offices, dog parks, and multiple lobbies.
