• Federated Insurance converted the once vacant Cedar Mall in Owatonna, MN into Federated Insurance’s A.T. Annexstad Building.
  
• This 250,000-square-foot mall is solely occupied by the Federated Insurance Company and houses several departments that employ 750 people.
• The facility features a new employee fitness center, a restaurant-style café, a 450-seat auditorium, an executive board room and numerous conference rooms and meeting areas.
• A two-story atrium entrance was added to enhance the external appearance of the office building.
